The Magnetic Fly Bench is a great addition to your fly tying bench. It has a footprint of 8" x 10", large enough to be useful but small enough so it is not obtrusive or in the way. The overall height of the bench is just less than 0.25" (not including the hackle gauge pin). The Magnetic Fly Bench is designed to sit next to your vise and become an integral part of your fly tying workspace. The magnetic surface holds loose hooks and finished flies securely so they don’t get lost in the clutter of your fly tying area. The aluminum base has a built-in hackle gauge and numerous scales for measuring materials as well as a handy reference table for bead/hook sizes.

The 5” x 8” magnetic surface is covered with a 1/2” grid pattern and has a composite loop gauge. You have the choice of the Panfish On The Fly logo or the Melen Head Frog Popper graphic.

This is not a cutting mat. Cutting on the magnetic surface will ruin it.
