Streamers

Streamers can be effective when targeting larger bluegills and sunfish.  Streamers  work well on certain species of panfish, especially crappie and perch which are prone to eating smaller fish on regular basis.  They are also great ways to target larger fish like bass, pickerel, pike even carp.
