The action produced by FlyLipps is dramatic and effective. If you tie the "LIPP" on top of the hook shank, the fly swims up. Tie the "LIPP" on the bottom of the hook shank, and the fly swims down. You can make any fly swim, dive, pop, gurgle, push a v-wake of water or rise to the surface. FlyLipps work great on many of your favorite fresh and salt water fly patterns.

They are designed to fit hook sizes #4 to 2/0, but by trimming the Fly Lipp to the appropriate site you can use them on patterns as small as #10 and as large as 4/0. They work great right from the package, but if you wish to modify your own, you can easily trim them into different shapes and sizes with scissors or nail clippers.
