Virtual Fly Tying Lessons
Virtual Fly Tying Lessons
We are excited to offer personalized, virtual fly tying instruction. Using online video conferencing services like Google Meet, Zoom, etc we are able to provide one-on-one or group fly tying lessons. The online instruction involves the use of multiple hi-definition cameras that allow you to see clearly see what’s going on at the vise , as well as off-vise material preparation. This style of learning allows you to ask questions in real-time and even have your work critiqued as you tie alongside the instructor.
The lessons can be personalized to meet your needs, including basic instruction for beginner tiers, advanced techniques, or instructions for tying specific patterns. Fly tying lessons are offered as individual lessons or a multi-session comprehensive course.
Classes are scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time and are generally an hour in length unless otherwise specified.
If needed materials can be provided. Students receive a 10% discount on materials
Lessons are recorded so you can refer back to them at a later time.
